Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your registered email/phone.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across most major cities in India.
• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

International Shipping

Currently not available. We ship only within India.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain items like innerwear, socks, and clearance sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
